Tareck’s ability to use the medium of photography to tell a story was hard-hitting yet captivating. For Tareck, photography has always been a catalyst for expressing his dreams, emotions, and feelings. With his skill and dedication, it wasn’t a shock that early on in his career he received many awards and earned a name for himself in the industry especially in Dubai
Tareck begins each stylized photograph, with a mood board based on nature, art, and movies. He then moves forward to choosing the color palette, models, poses, props, and scenery reflecting that spirit. Tareck is very playful with his ideas but when it comes to work he is very serious in materializing what his client wants making sure to always provide the best ideas and not to limit himself no matter the size of the project. For him, there is no detail too small even when only working on a client brief.
When asked about his inspiration, Tareck explained: “Anything can inspire me to be honest, depending on the situation. I know that this might sound a bit odd, but I do get my inspiration when I lock myself in my bathroom, there the ideas flow. I always get with me pieces of paper and I start drawing or noting down ideas. It’s my favorite place to get inspired and to think peacefully.”
Over the last years, Tareck built a strong portfolio with high end brands such as Apple, Netflix, Dior, Chanel, L’Oreal, Mercedes… He focused mainly on social media content and ad campaigns. He received extensive appreciation, awards, and accolades for his outstanding work.
Recently he moved to Paris, working between Paris and Dubai trying to play in two different markets and accepting the different challenges and opportunities each city has to offer.
And when asked what advice he would share for photography enthusiasts he added: “Keep the camera your companion because you never know when you will find an award-winning moment”.
