Like many wise and inspiring individuals, Arjun accredits his failures more than his achievements because they taught far greater life lessons. Born and raised in Reno, NV Arjun developed his adoration for entrepreneurship as a teen. He also excelled at TaeKwonDo and management while in school as he was head of the school’s student fraternity and also led various philanthropic campaigns.
Arjun is a top Bay Area lender and real estate consultant who provides his 20 years of expertise across the West Coast. He is currently based in San Francisco where he operates his company All Western Mortgage. Apart from that, he is also the co-head coach of the national TaeKwonDo Team of the USA.
About successes and failures, Arjun says, “ Success includes record and volume targets being hit year after year. But the failures are more important to note. Early in my career, I did not place as much importance on relationships and adding value to transactions.”
Arjun diverted his focus from recording transactions and boasting states and began focusing on providing value to each client and building trust. This helped him establish a loyal following and today he proudly says, “It’s the value that separates us from others in our industry”
Further elaborating on failures, Arjun says, “I was more focussed on bottom lines and results. I also failed early in my career at internal practices that are essential to salespeople. Databasing, staying in contact with clients, and continuing to leverage those relationships for additional referrals. I relied on a market to create business for me, instead of creating a business (through practices) within the market.”
Today, after 20 years of hard work, Arjun has successfully emerged as the top lending advisor who has created a legacy in the current space, which was previously entirely focused on sales and transactions, that it never gave due importance to the actual financial situation and guidance related to it. Arjun believes that his advising and guiding streak comes from his role as his first-ever business initiative of TaeKwonDo school at the age of 17. Teaching hundreds of students throughout the week fueled within him a desire to spread his knowledge to others and be a source of guiding light for others. He uses his skill as a coach, not just in TaeKwonDo, but also when dealing with mortgage and real estate clients or partners and his followers on social media platforms.
Arjun is a regular content creator on Instagram where he spreads his valuable message of financial literacy across the wider population and keeps them updated on market evolution, mindset approaches, and value-driven strategies. He is effectively attempting to help people learn more about the field and build an aptitude for it.
