Milica Todovic is a sportswoman who has taken the national and international karate community by storm for years. She is best known for being a three-time world champion in Kumite, in 2008, 2010, and 2015, and a two-time bronze 3rd placer in kata in 2008 and 2010. Throughout her journey, she has amassed more than 300 medals, with over 200 of these being gold.
Born in Foca, Bosnia, and Herzegovina, Milica Todovic started training for karate when she was three years old. Her father was a dominant figure in the karate community as a highly trained Six Sigma Black Belt. From undergoing karate training to attending countless seminars and education on nutrition, the karate expert grew to become a two-time best sportswoman in her hometown, Foca.

Essentially, she guides her clients in eating healthier, having an effective workout system, transforming bad habits into helpful strategies, and staying motivated.
