Reece founded his agency because he recognized a need in the market, based on his own experience with Instagram.

His perspective drastically changed when he began to discover influencer accounts with more than 100,000 followers. From then, Reece began to pay rapt attention, studying the strategy and content these accounts were producing. He was able to deconstruct the logic behind the popularity of these mega accounts. Soon, he had created his own unique method and was using it to widen the reach of his personal brand. Currently, he has more than 30,000 active followers on Instagram and helps other businesses reach bigger audiences with purely organic methods.
Reece has some solid advice for anybody trying to grow an Instagram account, whether for business or personal branding.
“You need specific goals that have to be relevant to your marketing strategy. Also, give your followers as much free value as possible. That is how you build an engaged audience.”
