Ralph Vitiello works with Northpointe Bank as the Regional Vice President of Sales and has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. He also currently serves on the executive committee for New Jersey’s Mortgage Banker Association (MBA). He got his chance to make a notable impact under the George Bush administration when he was appointed to Secretary Preston’s advisory board for the last 200 days in office. His mandate then was to manage the result of the mortgage crisis of 2007 and 2008 by accommodating the heavy influx of FHA loans.
As a testament to his remarkable skills, he was named BusinessMan of the Year by the Italian American Federation in 2005. In addition, he was invited to join the Executive Board Of MBA (Mortgage Banker Association) committee for New Jersey, where is still an active board member.

He handles a dynamic team across 11 branches throughout the NorthEast region of the United States in various satellite locations. As the head, he has shown excellent leadership by encouraging his team members to make decisions that best benefit their clients in front of them.
