People say that the true mark of a successful leader is their ability to handle difficult situations. After all, any enterprise will experience rough patches and go through turbulent moments. And when it comes to managing and overcoming difficult situations, one esteemed professional stands out: Ralph Vitiello.

Ralph Vitiello works with Northpointe Bank as the Regional Vice President of Sales and has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. He also currently serves on the executive committee for New Jersey’s Mortgage Banker Association (MBA). He got his chance to make a notable impact under the George Bush administration when he was appointed to Secretary Preston’s advisory board for the last 200 days in office. His mandate then was to manage the result of the mortgage crisis of 2007 and 2008 by accommodating the heavy influx of FHA loans.

As a testament to his remarkable skills, he was named BusinessMan of the Year by the Italian American Federation in 2005. In addition, he was invited to join the Executive Board Of MBA (Mortgage Banker Association) committee for New Jersey, where is still an active board member.

Ralph provided extensive insight into various causes in this capacity, including the internal issues homeowners faced with first-time purchases and housing assistance. More importantly, Ralph facilitated FHA processing in underserved communities.

On top of Ralph Vitiello’s significant contributions to the community, he is currently the Regional Vice President of Sales at Northpointe Bank, where the insightful individual is primarily responsible for strategizing and implementing saving resources and practices that benefit the masses.

He handles a dynamic team across 11 branches throughout the NorthEast region of the United States in various satellite locations. As the head, he has shown excellent leadership by encouraging his team members to make decisions that best benefit their clients in front of them.

Aside from being a seasoned professional, what helped Ralph Vitiello accomplish great success in the finance industry is his impeccable work ethic. In addition, he has demonstrated extraordinary enthusiasm in building long-standing relationships with his clients, particularly in the last two years.

Moreover, he has shown his passion for his profession by providing unwavering support to his client base, especially in times of hardship. In everything he does, the VP embodies the brand’s mission of “Bringing value and innovation to the people we serve.”

Moving forward, Ralph Vitiello has grand plans for Northpointe Bank. Primarily, he is actively working on scaling the enterprise by investing in his team and the community. Specifically, he intends to grow their in-house team and add to their remote teams.

This intuitive approach will allow him to grow their consumer base and provide both transparent customer service and need-based products from personal and business banking to home lending and insurance. Above all, he believes that continuing to develop both of these crucial facets will significantly contribute to the growth of the North East Region of Northpointe Bank.
