Similar is Rebekha Wymer’s story, a fitness enthusiast, bodybuilder, and expert in nutrition and health.
Rebekha Wymer was not into fitness or workout from the beginning. She used to be a short distance runner, but that’s it. So how did she fall in love with fitness? Well, it happened seven and a half years ago. When Rebekha had her baby, she needed some change in life.
Rebekha then joined a gym to maintain her physical health. However, it was more of a cardio workout. But one day, someone introduced her to weights in 2015. That has been a life-changing experience for our lady as she fell in love with the workout regime. It helped her fall more in love with fitness and her body.
Our fitness lover says that ever since she picked up the weights in 2015, she has not put them down. The weights make her feel empowered, give her lots of confidence and strength. Rebekha Wymer says, “Joining a gym and getting serious about fitness changed my life. It helps me manage my time and organise my life as bodybuilding is very regimented. It helped me align me with my dreams, and I eventually turned them into a reality.”
