From a high flying career in Sweden to starting his own Real Estate venture  in Marbella, read on to know why Jimmy went one step ahead in life with this plan.

Having worked successfully in the media industry in Sweden for years, one fine day, Jimmy decided to shift base to Marbella and establish his own Real Estate Company. What really made him leave a successful career and settle with a plan of starting his own business in a new locale? Jimmy says “I purchased a property in Marbella a few years back and realized that the Real Estate industry lacked far behind in catering to entrepreneurs and individuals who were successful businessmen or held high positioned corporate jobs. I was very sure that in coming times many big companies would be shifting base permanently to Costa del Sol as the growth of digitization is enabling people to work from any part of the globe, which would boost migration in large numbers here, and the demand to cater to these remotely working professionals would grow manifold, that’s when the idea of starting a Real Estate firm which would specialize in fulfilling the demands of these professionals came to my mind and 3SA Estate was born.” Another reason for shifting base here was that the place is extremely stress free, people enjoy the work-life balance which is unseen in other places like Sweden where there is all work, no play, crowded streets, traffic and the works which makes living life to the fullest, only a dream which never comes true.

Within a short span of time 3SA, which means 3 steps ahead has earned enough brownie points amongst many of its clients who vouch for its exceptional customer service. Having sold properties worth more than 75 million Euros in three years, 3SA has emerged as a market leader in the Real Estate industry. The company has integrated the whole process of buying and selling in an efficient manner. The Real Estate company specializes more as a buying broker and it works diligently in giving the buyers the best deal thats available in the market. Jimmy, having years of experience in the customer service industry is well versed with its workings, and has beautifully amalgamated his skills to push his firm to higher levels of success. The company’s policy is to focus on specific clients, go for fewer deals, but with high closing rates, instead of just beating around the bush by indulging in multiple listings and selling none. The luxury rentals arm of 3SA Estate which was launched last year has been one of the most talked about projects, having high-end villas which are rented out for private holidays and company conferences.

The now less population is going to increase in the next seven years according to reports and that would make Marbella one of the most preferred destinations in coming years. With the quality of life being the highest and cost of living lowest, this place is definitely headed towards becoming Europe’s most preferred cities in the near future, and Jimmy has taken the right step by starting his new career in this city, for sure.
