In her new music video “You need to Calm down”, Taylor Swift featured a bunch of stars. After her song “Bad Blood” this is the only song of hers that has many celebrities in it. Taylor Swift kept dropping hints about how her new song from her album “Lover” was going to be a star studded affair, and she has not disappointed.

Taylor Swift made her new single all about the LGBTQ+ Community. Many stars have made appearances in the song. Here are some faces you will be excited to see in the video. Ryan Reynolds, makes an appearance towards the end of the video. He is the husband of Blake Lively, and we know how close Taylor Swift and Blake Lively are.

After all the ruckus, Katy Perry and Taylor Swift have finally buried the hatchet. Now her professional rival has become her nemesis. Katy Perry and Taylor Swift had almost a decade long feud but now they have become friends again. “You need to calm down”, also has a cameo of Katy Perry in her Met Gala outfit, and Taylor Swift complements Katy’s Burger, with her own fries.

Ellen Degeneres, an all-time favourite of Taylor Swift, and a big time supporter of the LGBTQ+ Community also makes an appearance in this video. It is not the first time Ellen has done a cameo in a song. She also appeared in “Girls like you” music video by Maroon 5.

Billy Porter does not shy away from making a statement. He did so, remarkably well in the Met Gala. His appearance caused quite a stir. He also stunned us all at the Oscars with his tuxedo dress by Siriano. His tuxedo dress, spoke of his views on equality of gender.

Other than these stars there were many advocates, supporters and members of the LGBTQ+ Community who were seen in the music video. Hanna Hart, Dexter Mayfield, Laverne Cox, Chester Lockhart, Todrick Hall, Hayley Kiyoko, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Ciara, Tan France, Bobby Berk, Karamo Brown, Adam Rippon, Antoni Porowski, Jonathan Van Ness, Adam Lambert, Jade Jolie, Tatianna, Trinity the Tuck, Delta Work, Trinity K Bonet, Adore Delno, Riley Knoxx and A’keria C Davenport and Ru Paul were all present in the video. Talk about star studded.
