The young entrepreneur hails from Ukraine and started his career early. He loved the innovation technology offers to the world and started studying areas in this field intensively by referring to textbooks and learning from mentors.
At the age of 14, Vadim managed to land his first paid job remotely in the USA, working for an IT startup. Vadim has seen his fair share of success from very early on, but he believes that there is still much room for him to grow. Although he started a multi-million dollar business in Ukraine, he feels it is still dwarfed by the giants in the Silicon Valley.
Vadim is the definition of self-made success and started with just one employee, who has then gone on to make a name for himself in the digital marketing field.
Instime is one of Vadim’s newest projects, and he had confidence in the skills of his partner and firmly believed their product would be worthy on the global stage, and it was.
Although he expected the partnership with his friend would catapult the project to success, he had no idea by how much the product would surpass their expectations.
When asked about advice Vadim would give to potential entrepreneurs, he came back with a very positive answer. He didn’t feel that age is a significant determinant of success. Vadim feels being able to take heed and learn from others more experienced than he was, learning how to control one’s own vices, and focus on the goal are the pillars to success.
Believing in oneself is one of the greatest indicators of positive results.
When asked if Vadim thought university education was a must to be a success in today’s economy, he came back with a very surprising and refreshing answer. It’s true that this answer will vary from country to country, but for the most part, Vadim leans more towards action.
He feels that his experience with higher education was time-consuming. His way to combat a new generation from going through the same obstacles was to give a very valuable piece of advice. Vadim urges young men and women to go out there and work for what they want and not to be afraid of making mistakes.
A large takeaway from Vadim’s suggestion was his confidence in making life-changing decisions and to advise the up and coming generation to start sooner. The more time you have to make errors and to learn, the more likely you are to find your passion in life.
Vadim’s next target is the global financial market – namely, cryptocurrency. Crypto is decentralization of world currency, and Vadim has already spearheaded projects to create crypto instruments. Vadim is also turning his focus onto children in an effort to create financial literacy in kids as young as 7 years old.
