The Perfect Body image is a six pack abs, and a beefed up body. There are many men who use steroids to enhance their body muscle. They use steroids to increase their size easily. It helps in boosting the perfect body and helps people who are pursuing the perfect body.
There are posters, shows and movies where there are men with those kind of body images where a male has to be fit in order to look manly. The body image issue is not just found in females but in males too, and the increased use of anabolic steroids is an example of it.
Young women go on crash diets, and starve themselves to reach their goal weight and level up to the beauty standards, same way men also level up by using this steroid route.
There are men who use steroids, but along with a strict workout regime and a diet. And there are others who don’t do much and use it because they have self- esteem issues. Those aged 16-24 are likely to use the anabolic steroids.
According to the Home Office’s 2017/18 Crime Survey, there has been sue of anabolic steroid among 16-59 year olds over the last decade. In contrast to it the sue of drugs like crack, cocaine, methadone has fallen.

The men who abuse steroids suffer from its side effects and are afraid to talk about it. They do it to reach a perfect body image but along the way they lose many things. They suffer from erectile dysfunction and low sperm count. It also has long term side effects, which can cause blockage in the arteries.
