Bobby Jones is a real estate entrepreneur, author, realtor, luxury listing agent, and an expert in real estate valuation and agent attraction with Elena Cardone and eXp Realty, which is the fastest growing real estate company globally. At eXp, agents are allowed to own stock in the company in multiple ways, helping them build passive income through the revenue sharing model while also having access to cutting-edge technology.
As an agent at eXp, Bobby’s position in the company makes his upline the strongest in the company. In addition, the company has several high profile personalities, such as Elena Cardone and Tarek El Moussa (host of HGTVʼs Flip or Flop), among many others that add to the great empire. According to Bobby Jones, no other business other than real estate can create cash flow/passive income that can create the ability to utilize more time out of the day otherwise spent traded for money. He shared that his main goal in life is to live out his purpose, and his calling as a leader and real estate was the way for him to do that.
Now a successful entrepreneur in the real estate industry, Bobby Jones experienced a rough patch in 2008 and 2009 when he lost all materialistic things due to the market crash and divorce in the same year. However, he pulled through by leveraging his natural ability to connect with the very best, often when not even seeking to. “I am an excellent connector. I have high levels of discernment and am extremely street smart. I am competitive, and honestly, I outwork my competition,” he states.
Bobby attributes his resilient spirit to his family for raising him in the church and enrolling him in sports at the age of 5, which helped him develop his character and willingness to never quit. He also credits his parents for developing his values early in life. “I am not perfect. I’ve made many, many mistakes, and I have come extremely close to destroying my life,” he states. He also draws inspiration from notable personalities such as John Maxwell, Chris Hodges, Elvis Presley, Sam Cooke, and Floyd Mayweather.
When asked to share what he had planned for the future, Bobby said, “To become a billionaire and to lead a billion people to Christ and hopefully financial freedom by the way I live my life.” For anyone experiencing burnout, Bobby advises that they pray and re-evaluate what is important. “Learn to say no to anything that does not bring you or your loved ones a return on time invested. Remember, less is more; create margins in your life to rest and reflect. Make a not-to-do list,” he advises.
