The German city of Mainz is expanding its existing office space in one of its most sought-after properties, the Bonifazius Towers. The current space of 4,000 m² will be expanded to a total of 5,100 m² with a new lease agreement.
Aroundtown, Europe’s third-largest real estate firm, has committed to a one-year lease in Mainz’s landmark property located in the city center. Bonifazius Towers is well-known throughout Mainz and is centrally located next to the Central Train Station.
The city of Mainz is now one of the two main tenants in the Bonifazius Towers making the property almost completely leased. Since opening in 1978, the Bonifazius Towers have been one of Mainz’s largest commercial properties. For over 40 years, the towers have been a significant feature in Mainz’s skyline.
Bonifazius Towers have approx. 35,000 m² of office space spread across 23 floors. Towers reach more than 80m high and are located at Bonifaziusstraße 3 in 55118 Mainz. Bonifazius Towers are easy to spot when exploring the city and are situated beside Mainz Central Station.
The office complex is perfectly located in the city center. Shopping, cafés, and restaurants are located nearby. Visitors to the towers can arrive via one of the trains, buses, or trams that stop off at the Central Station. In addition, it is easy to reach Frankfurt Airport from Bonifazius Towers in less than half an hour.
