Following its successful deployment on the first fully automated subway line in Fujian Province, the PHM system has recently been successfully applied in the locomotive field and intelligent multiple-unit train systems. This system has achieved systematic engineering applications in areas such as multiple-unit trains, subways, urban transit vehicles, and electric locomotives.
CRRC Corporation Limited’s PHM system can meet the high-concurrency data access demands in milliseconds, with the capability to read and write data in seconds for millions of data points. The system establishes a signal perception system covering nearly 20,000 points across the entire train. It enables real-time remote monitoring of key systems such as train traction, braking, and air conditioning.
The system offers users online emergency response, fault diagnosis, health assessment, knowledge base management, and other functions. This implementation realizes the integration of digitization and intelligence with traditional operation, maintenance, and inspection modes throughout the entire lifecycle health management, enhancing the reliability indicators of trains and optimizing vehicle operation and maintenance modes.
