Businessman Bjorn shares how he scaled one business from another.

Whenever subjected to the possibility of starting one’s own business, entrepreneurs generally lookout to outsource their work. Because of this, they claim that business is only for those who can take risk of huge investments. This has become a great excuse for people not to follow their passion. They complain about not having enough budget but the truth is they don’t have enough curiosity to learn and challenge the norm. There are examples of people who learn everything about their business, get hands-on experience and then flourish. But there are some exceptional cases where a person drives income from almost everything he learns on his way. Bjorn “Beez” Hendricks is one such person.

Beez’ Journey

Bjorn “Beez” Hendricks is an entrepreneur who has various businesses in various fields, and he is mentoring and coaching others to do the same. But he didn’t start his career as an entrepreneur. He left his 9-5 corporate career and started an e-commerce business, through Amazon FBA. Then he identified the need that other private label sellers had while dealing with China, for the supply chain. He learned all about the supply chain and how he can help other e-commerce entrepreneurs. After perfecting that, he founded SellerKai.  This became his second most profitable business. SellerKai handles shipping, inspections, dealing with suppliers, everything. While exploring dropshipping, he understood the importance of marketing. From his e-commerce company, he spun out his marketing team and founded Domini Digital. Today, all of his social media channels are handled by his own company Domini Digital. He is a client of his own company.

As he was launching more and more companies, he wanted to optimize the cost of manpower for his growing firms. So, he started hiring remote workers from the Philippines. But managing people from a different country has its own challenges, one needs to find people who have the required skill set and are perfect for the job. For that, Beez knew he had to set up a strong team for Human Resources, and that led to his next venture –  Aytak Solutions. As with all of Bjorn’s companies, Aytak Solution not only manages human resources for his internal companies but has external clients. It helps other businesses in finding virtual assistants. His passion for automobiles and desire to turn liabilities into assets, led him to found another company – Dominic Motors, where he rents luxury cars to people.

Of all the companies that he has founded, Capital Beez is one of his favorites. Capital Beez is the financial arm of all Bjorn’s businesses. For all of his other companies, the financial strategies, bookkeeping and use of credit for funding comes from Capital Beez. Capital Beez also provides these services to other entrepreneurs. It helps them in stacking money, seed funding, capital raising, credit restoration techniques, etc.

Recently, he has started his Business Builders’ Institute (BBI) where he coaches people on how to start businesses, how to scale them, how to get funding, how to preserve the wealth they create and so much more! The BBI mentors people on how to flourish as entrepreneurs.

This is how Bjorn has become “Beez” and an inspiration for other people to start their businesses and master the skills needed to run them effectively.
