In a world that is so obsessed with attaining overnight successes, it is very surreal to learn about people who have created milestones in their areas of interest and gone beyond boundaries to attain a prominent name in their respective fields. All these individuals do not fear taking the risks and facing the challenges on their path which eventually takes them towards their definition of success. We came across one such high-performing professional named Jessica Mcilveen from Australia who exudes her pure passion and commitment to create happier homes for families that breathe contentment, love, laughter, a stronger bond, harmony and so much more. Jessica Mcilveen serves as one of those rare gems in the industry who leaves no stone unturned in giving back the harmony that families have somewhere lost in their busy lives. The young professional believes that parents and elders need to take the necessary steps to work towards their children’s development and take them out of their daily struggles and the traumas they might face. This understanding of hers and her aim to transform the lives of many through her expertise as a family relationship expert has also thrust her forward in becoming a leading motivational speaker, coach and consultant.
Her skills as a motivational speaker and coach have impacted the mindsets of people for the better and have drawn them towards making that big change in their lives to bring their families together and stronger than ever. Jessica Mcilveen is the influential woman behind the creation of The Happy Home Movement. This has allowed her to work with parents across the globe to help them in uncovering the drivers that are behind their behaviours and in doing so, also allows them to create a home they are craving for.
Jessica Mcilveen began her career as a Social Worker after receiving her Bachelor’s degree from Griffith University. Working within child protection and foster care, helped her gain great insights and understanding about how children had to deal with a broken system, where there was no room for any growth for them as they were placed with high demands and expectations from foster carers and the system. She chose to leave the space and start something of her own and by that time, she had also explored the therapeutic benefits of yoga for children. This motivated her to start Kids Yoga Therapy, working with special needs and trauma of kids.
Today, Jessica Mcilveen has gone beyond that and created another venture of hers that works with parents to understand their children based on their epigenetic expression and stage of development. She is a certified NLP practitioner and coach, certified timeline therapist and certified hypnotherapist, epigenetic coach. With her astute skills as a therapist and coach and the use of epigenetic profiling, Jessica Mcilveen understands the drivers behind the behaviours of all family members. By understanding these behaviours, she points out that people can easily understand the child and the individual they live with.
There are a variety of topics that Jessica Mcilveen talks about like child development, body + brain connection, neuroscience, understanding how biology creates behaviours.
