Elias Castro is a highly successful entrepreneur. After coming to the United States at an early age, Castro has found a home in California and found lots of success in his career. Castro works for a financial broker dealer that services the top major finance and insurance companies across the United States and Canada.
What has fueled Castro’s success is his ability to share a relationship with all of his clients. When asked about what separates him from the rest of his competition, Castro said, “The ability to connect with my clients and provide the upmost customer service.” It is all about building client trust: “You build your clients trust by being authentic and communicating clearly and openly. Also, by valuing their time and putting yourself in their shoes,” Castro said. He sees himself growing and creating leaders while opening multiple agencies across the country to help and create opportunities for others.
Castro is so dedicated to his clients that he has set a lifetime goal that is dedicated to helping others. “The milestone I want to hit before I retire is to have created 1 million job opportunists and one million clients,” Castro said.
