Hate Working Out at Home? Entrepreneurial Personal Trainer Allegra Paris is Making Fitness More Personal

Millions of Americans had no idea their gym was about to close for the remainder of 2020 this past March. Gym doors closed, group fitness classes shutdown, and many other fitness centers were forced to lock their doors until we were able to slow the spread. This lack of access to gyms forced people everywhere to fend for themselves when it came to exercise – they were on their own.

For the entrepreneurs, startup owners, and solopreneurs of the world that were used to galivanting between clients and companies, they were suddenly faced with a very new, sedentary reality: running their entire business from their home or apartment.  Logistically, this new normal of work appears to be working – what’s not working is our lack of movement and engagement each day.

When people sit all day, unable to move, walk, jump, or run, they put their bodies at risk of weight gain, or even worse, the development of a chronic disease. The problem is that we physically can’t walk into the fitness centers we once relied on. What are we supposed to do at home? It’s a question so many business owners are asking today, which is why entrepreneurial personal trainer, Allegra Paris, is answering the call.

Fitness Delivered to Your Doorstep

Understanding that the nature of fitness is now changed forever, with at-home demand higher than ever before, Allegra Paris decided to tailor her programs so they could be delivered effectively to people right at home.

“People were told they could no longer leave their homes, go to the gym, or engage in group fitness. Naturally, many people didn’t know what they were going to do for fitness. I knew I had to act quickly to ensure people can still maintain a fitness health in the COVID-19 age,” said Allegra Paris. “I decided to tailor a transformational program that is personalized to each client.”

The Allegra Paris Transformational Program is 100% customized and based on client personal preferences and resources available to them. If one client has a treadmill, but another has workout bands, Allegra Paris creates a monthly schedule that takes available resources into account so clients are still able to develop and grow in their fitness ability.

What’s included in the program?

Beyond custom workout plans that are based on personal health history, equipment available, and experience, the Allegra Paris Transformation Program also includes:

  • Custom meal plans for each new week
  • Meals designed for clients based on goals, lifestyles, and grocery access
  • Constant communication via WhatsApp for accountability
  • Photo check-ins with Allegra Paris for reliability
  • Optional live virtual 60-minute training sessions every week or month

The program can be adapted, advanced, or changed for each client to ensure it is supportive, healthy, and accessible to them.

“People shouldn’t have to run outside and buy a $10,000 gym to maintain their fitness at home,” said Allegra Paris. “I’m bringing the nutrition and exercise right to their doorstep so they don’t have to worry anymore. It’s more important than ever before that we pay attention to our health today.”

As an entrepreneur and clothing brand designer herself, Allegra Paris knows the struggles of maintaining a fitness level from home. Whether it’s the refrigerator calling from the other room or the lack of space to get a real sweat on, Allegra Paris has distilled it all down to a simple program that will work with anyone.

Most importantly, the celebrity personal trainer is on a mission to help entrepreneurs and hard-working individuals get fit, healthy, and reach their goals, all while managing their successful business empires.
