The program will include 6 live 90-minute sessions with Joanna, a private Facebook group with live weekly mentoring and will be limited to 16 leaders at a time to ensure the development of strong relationships between Joanna and the network of leaders.
- The High Performing Team Creator – Based on EDISC behavioural profiling, this program is designed to profile the leader and the team so that the full team gets to know each other as individuals to increase trust, connection and understanding. This enables the team to increase communication skills and support one another more effectively. The result is a high performing, connected team who are ready to embrace change and the future together.
- 1-2-1 coaching – The opportunity to have time to focus solely on your needs and be heard, in a safe and confidential space. Different packages are customized for different leaders’ needs in order for them to achieve the success they are looking for. They will be broken out into manageable, comprehensible sessions so that regardless of the individual’s level of knowledge, they will walk away feeling armed with the right tools to successfully lead their team.
- Group Mindset Coaching – The chance to provide coaching to all levels of people within the company. A choice of 6 and 12 month tailored programmes to help with varying levels of mindsets and awareness of each individual in the group.
