Nepotism is affecting each and every sector of work, and it has been a raging debate since quite some time. People “born with a silver spoon” are targeted for their privilege, but there are only a few of those who actually disregard the entitled life and succeed in making their mark in a space where everything is new for them, everything is not easy. One such person is a woman, Olivia Molina, an entrepreneur and an actress.

Olivia Molina, born in Recoleta, Buenos Aires, Argentina, comes from a political family. Her great grandfather was José Domingo Molina, an ex-president of Argentina. He was also the commander-in-chief of the Argentine army from 1947-1955. Olivia’s great great grandfather, Nicolas Avellaneda, was also an ex-president of Argentina serving the nation from 1874 to 1880. He was a catalyst in boosting Argentina’s economy by providing institutional reforms in the banking and education sectors. Her family has 5k hectares of land with a French house in it and at one point used to own almost half of Argentina. But this didn’t stop Olivia Molina to pursue her dreams with her own hard work and struggle.

Right since her childhood Olivia was great in sports and creativity. She travelled across the nation to represent her school in national chess championships, all this from the age 6-12 which was huge. Olivia Molina used to gain knowledge and expertise in various fields. She studied one year to be a bartender, after that she divulged into makeup and beautician training. In the midst of her struggle days, Olivia Molina knew exactly how to get work done and after getting good experience, she travelled to Europe for better opportunities in her field. Molina went to London for a weekend to enjoy and explore the city; she rented 40 pound a night hotel and went dancing with her friends to a club. Coincidently, Olivia met the owner of one of the best clubs in London and he hired her to bring in models to build a positive atmosphere around his club. Olivia researched the whole night and on her own found out atmosphere models and brought them to the club next night, she earned a thousand pounds out of it. She pounced on the opportunity and established herself in providing models for any function or events. On the other hand, Olivia even started investing in Bitcoins, making 300k on it of net income while in London.

Olivia Molina founded an image models, matchmaking and concierge company in Europe and quickly zoomed to the top with the help of her determination and smart awareness of the market. Molina also worked as an actress and co-protagonist in Disney’s TV show ‘Patito Feo’ and even got featured on the cover page of prestige magazines. However, Olivia resisted the urge to be a top actress and model herself and instead focused on her business. In just a few years, her company was valued at $1 million dollars.

Olivia Molina worked her way up the ladder and proved that success can be achieved even if you’re not privileged in a certain aspect of life. Her ambition and determination had her become one of the best matchmaking and models provider company in Europe.
