A strong work ethic is a pivotal element of every success story. Meet Mr. Seth VanDaele, the epitome of sheer hard work and strong work ethics. This is the secret of his quickly growing digital marketing agency, Cormier Media.
Seth VanDaele, a young Canadian entrepreneur and co-founder of Cormier Media. Cormier Media is a one-stop shop for all digital needs. Be it Websites, Graphic Designing, Social Media Management, Commercials, and the list goes on. At the beginning of 2020, the brand was inclined more towards film production. The three founders filmed and edited sentimental videos in the beginning. Soon they realized what their hearts are craving for. Seth packed in from his car dealership job and went to solve businesses’ real problems.
Seth’s Inspiring Life Journey
At the age of 14, he worked at a grocery store in his town Boissevain. When he turned 15, he started a plumbing apprenticeship where he learned much more than just plumbing. He then worked with a concrete company at a construction site. Mr. VanDaele imbibed a habit of starting his days at 3:30 AM and working all day long and repeat the same routine every day.
At 16, he traveled to El Salvador with his church to help a less privileged family and together they built a public bathroom for the community. This experience etched an everlasting imprint of benevolence in his heart. He graduated high school a term early to work full-time just to save money and to gain real work-life experience. At 18, he worked at a car dealership and immediately dedicated himself to the job. Working persistently for only a month he was awarded as the 2nd best performing salesman. Although being close behind the top performer by two cars, he realized he was unsatisfied and quit his job to start his own business, Cormier Media.
The Inception Of Cormier Media
In early 2020, Cormier Media was founded by Seth VanDaele along with Nicholas Cormier and Benjamin Cormier with an absolute objective to help businesses save time and effort. Diagnosing the pain point of the digital space, the Cormier team observed that the businesses are running after different service providers for different digital services and ultimately wasting their time. Hence, Mr. VanDaele and his team came up with an amalgamation of over 100 different digital services under one umbrella.
This wasn’t a piece of cake for them. The trio tried different online courses on marketing and sales but a lack of practical implementation took them nowhere. They felt miserable but never took any halt. Eventually, everything started falling into place when they started making sales gradually. All this grind became their lifestyle and success followed.
Seth’s words of wisdom
“I’d much rather take the time and make $1 from 100 different businesses annually and help them grow their business while also growing mine than make a quick buck on 1 for $100 and move on to the next.”- Seth VanDaele
