Yanina Sytnichenko posed for the May issue cover of Marie Claire Mexico – a popular magazine about events and news in fashion world. The shooting took place in Paris during Paris Fashion week: the whole city was in a festive mood and our team being inspired by fashion shows and new trends started working. Abdul Taerov, a photographer, created the shooting concept demonstrating beauty, boldness and sexuality of the young woman. The international team ventured to experiment adding original work with light, using perspectives that are unusual for fashion magazine cover, as well as provoking and daring images from catwalks.
Yanina Sytnichenko, a model, is originally from Kiev, Ukraine. She started her career in NY, signed with Official models NY, working for such brands as Alexander Wang, Lui magazine, Anja Rubik’s “25” magazine and has appeared on fashion covers before. The model successfully made the team’s idea come true: every image was unique, bore specific energy and reflected different aspects of the model’s personality. With this shooting the photographer managed to tell a story of what a modern woman can be like – bright, gentle, bold, sexual and attracting sights.
