Ryan Dossey is the founder of three innovative companies that have been primarily established to help the different stakeholders in the real estate market leverage the features and benefits of technology to drive their business. Ryan currently owns three different businesses, all running on tech-driven solutions, and they have seemingly redefined the business of real estate across the globe.
“We own a direct mail company and a live answering service. So we don’t just have my experience that we’ve learned from but 150+ clients as well. On top of that our track record is super solid. A lot of people just flip houses or focus solely on wholesaling. We own rentals, flip houses, wholesale, and have done so for years. We tell anyone interested in working with us to look at the fruit. If that appeals to them, then we are going to have a lot of fun. If it doesn’t than we aren’t going to be a good fit,” said Ryan, founder of Ballpoint Marketing.
Technological advancements have changed the way businesses operate, and people interact, bringing to life the concept of “global village.” Despite the steady growth in the real estate market and the continued entry of more players, the industry seems to be lagging in the aspect of leveraging technology to drive their growth. Over the years, several solutions have emerged to spur tech-driven growth in the real estate industry. However, none of such solutions has effectively addressed the needs of stakeholders comprehensively, at least until the emergence of Ryan and his full range of innovative solutions.
One of the projects from the creative entrepreneur is Ballpoint Marketing, an outfit established to help real estate investors get the best returns on their investments. The direct mail company for real estate investors uses robots that hold real pens, materials tailor-made for clients, and unique copy to generate an average of between 1 and 3% response rate for clients across the country. The company’s results have made it one of the most sought-after solutions providers in the real estate market, with clients on average finding a rental property or flip for every $3,000 spent on marketing..
Other projects from Ryan Dossey are Call Porter, a call center for real estate professionals and CCF (Create Cash Flow) is a mastermind community for new and experienced investors.
