The new generation led by young and talented entrepreneurs between the age group of 30 to 50 are active in seeking ways to improve their lives. This is by creating new and better solutions for their day to day problems. They have been captured by the business fervor that is being promoted at all levels of society, government, industry as well as academia. Most of them opted to move out to different countries to develop their core knowledge. Their goal is not to settle down abroad but to return to Latin America. They initiate progressive business investments in their homeland post acquiring the cognitive and technical skills to embark on their entrepreneurial journey.
José Ardon, a renowned entrepreneur from Latin America, too took a bold decision to migrate to America at a young age to pursue his dreams. It took 6 months to reach America but still, he refused to halt. The turning point in his life was when he attended a business event of 4000 participants, where he came to know about the ways of how people were earning and progressing in life. That day, he made up his mind to explore this new avenue and his determination was rock-solid.
Aspiring for a big goal is not that easy. Rather it’s easier said than done. The same is true for José Ardon as well. The hindrances are both from within and outside. But José remained resolute. He kept on challenging his limits, setting goals, and accomplishing his targets before turning 30! He multiplied his success and yet, he remained grounded. One is a victor in a true sense when one shares his winning strategies with others and also makes them a part of it.
