The congested traffic steals half the time of your life. And when we are stuck there on a busy day we just wish we could fly across the city on a flying car from a sci-fi movie. Uber is making our dream a reality. Flying cars are no longer a thing of sci-fi movies but are going to become very real.
Uber is set to launch flying taxis. This will happen in Melbourne, Australia, Dallas and Los Angeles in the US. Uber will do its trial of Uber Air service in Melbourne, and Dallas and Los Angeles will be the other pilot cities.
The air shuttle service will carry people from rooftop to rooftop. This is creative thinking on another level. In an age when time is money, Uber Flying taxis will come in handy.
The passengers will travel in “Electric Vertical take off cars”. It will definitely be a feeling of starring in a Star War movie, going from hangar to hangar in the shuttle.
The rooftops will be landing pads of the Uber Flying cars. And the rooftops with landing will be called “Skyports”. It is the lingo that Uber used. The cost won’t be that high, it will be as much as an Uber-X.
The trials will begin next year. And there is still time for Uber Flying Taxis to take off because it might take another 3 years for it to launch. By 2023, Uber Flying taxis will be a common thing and it will no longer be a thing of fiction.
The reason why Uber came up with this idea is because of the congested roads in the cities. Uber flying taxis are an answer to the problems of many. It will reduce time and distance between places and is definitely a new age technology.
Must have been a slow news day. despite what is being said Uber will NOT be flying into MELBOURNE AIRPORT
